Brochures - We can now assist you in all your brochure needs. Professional looking and economical, our brochures will impress home-buyers. They are easy to customize and preview. It is an easy, step-by-step process…choose your template, send us your text and images and we do the rest. Once we've obtained the appropriate information, we build you a high-quality customized brochure in a timely manner!
Tour-on-a-Disk - Another service we offer is a CD hard copy of your virtual tour. This will impress interested buyers and potential clients. As a result, you will stand out as a leader in Real Estate. You can give your seller or potential buyer a CD with the virtual tour on it. This CD can become your business card!
Audio - We provide an audio service that introduces you to potential buyers and sellers. With this service, you can add a whole new dimension to your tour. Our Agent Clip is a 1-3 minute streaming video about you. This feature Increases your exposure and differentiates your capabilities. See and hear a virtual tour with audio for the most effective presentation of your property.
Slide Show - We also provide a comprehensive display of unique features of your home through our slide show service. This allows potential buyers to view the very best aspects of your home via photos arranged to best attract prospective buyers. We take the still photos of your property or help you arrrange for a local photographer to do the camera work. We then create an impressive slide show presentation of your property. An example slide show presents features of your property that leaves a lasting impression with the viewer.
Floor Plan Service - We provide a Floor Plan Service that enables tours to add linked hot spots to a provided Floor Plan. When a viewer clicks on the hot-spot in any room of the floor plan, the corresponding Virtual Tour image opens. Room dimensions and layout can be more accurately envisioned from a floor plan. Potential buyers will then be able to envision furniture arrangements within the home. An example floor plan with hot spots is shown for a demo virtual tour.
Linking - In order to provide maximum exposure for your virtual tour, we provide a linking service. To get your virtual tour seen, we will link your tour to your personal and corporate web sites for free, depending on access. We will link your virtual tour to other sites that may require a fee.
Email to Friends - Your virtual tour can be emailed to friends and potential buyers.
Members Only - Our Members Only Section includes your virtual tour listing plus additional services and features exclusive to your membership.
