If your system matches all of the above items, and you still have a viewing problem, it is likely that your JVM is missing or corrupted and should be downloaded and installed. Please go to here for the download steps.
Troubleshooting Problems in Windows
If your system is a Windows XP or any other type Windows OS system, and you're having problems viewing the virtual tours, then it may be that you need to install the Java Virtual Machine(JVM). It may also be that the JVM is not enabled in your browser or it may have been corrupted. This would show up as a problem when you try to view a virtual tour and you get a "red X" in the upper left corner of the display window. Since Windows does not come with a Java Virtual Machine(JVM) installed, the JVM must be downloaded and installed. Please go to here for the download steps.
